Billing & access details
Free has no subscription fee. Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed upfront and save 2 months compared with 12 monthly payments. Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing to stop renewal; access continues through your paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments.
Your login is personal. Each family workspace has its own plan, and your role controls shared access. Plus includes 50 and Premium 100 replies per family per month, shared by parents. Companion chats and notebooks stay private to each account. Joining another family does not upgrade a separate workspace you own.
